The Sanctuary
The goal of ahavah healing to help individuals find balance and harmony between Body, Mind and Spirit, so they feel confidence in joyfully pursuing their unique purpose and passions. Appointments are offered remotely and at Terra Nova Heart Sanctuary, a secluded 20 acre farm sanctuary just outside Temecula Wine Country. Guest can relax in the bucolic countryside as well as connect with the animals. The farm offers customized farm stay retreats and programs.
My Approach
To help individuals tap into their inner guidance and intuition, deepen their connection to the Divine, and achieve a higher octave of joy, healing and success.
I also work with individuals, groups, schools, and associations to teach adults and children meditation and mindfulness techniques to counteract stress and anxiety, promote emotional and spiritual healing and achieve higher levels of consciousness and productivity.
